Wooster Police made an unusual stop last week after they confronted a runaway horse and carriage. Officers found the carriage heading down state route 250 with no driver on-board. After a few dramatic moments police were able to stop the horse and carriage without further incident. The horse was later returned to the owners and was thankfully not hurt.
