Footage: Motorist miraculously survives after being hit by car<br/>A motorcyclist in Wuhu, Anhui Province miraculously survived after his speeding motorcycle crashed into an oncoming van. As seen from the surveillance footage, in a bid to avoid a woman standing along the roadside, the motorist was forced to swerve and then crashed into the van. Fortunately, he was wearing a protective helmet when the accident happened, and his head was well protected and that prevented him from getting severe injuries. He is now in stable condition.

Кто виноват в данному случае? С одной стороны велосипедист должен был взять своего железного коня под руки и переходить, а не переезжать проезжую часть. С другой стороны, вроде как и водитель виноват. Снято камерами социального проекта "Видеоконтроль" компании "Ситилинк"
