19 Buildings Demolished by Blasts at One Time in central China City<br/>A total of 19 buildings in Wuhan's downtown area were demolished by five tons of explosives at one-time in only 10 seconds from 11:50 p.m. Saturday in central China's Hubei Province. Jia said they set more than 120,000 muzzles and prepared five tons of explosives. In order to guarantee safety, they set the collapse time by the millisecond. "The demolition effect was quite ideal. The explosion didn’t affect the light rail and public facilities around the blasted buildings. There was no damage and adverse effects of blasting," said Jia.
