Footage: Kindergarten abuse causes public outrage<br/>A recent child abuse case was exposed through surveillance footage at Jihui Kindergarten in Huoqiu county, Anhui Province. The video shows a female teacher beating, kicking, slapping and pulling the hair of two young girls during a dancing activity. The local Education Bureau issued a statement saying that the teacher was dismissed last Saturday, and a judicial inquiry is underway. Martin Tolan was behind the wheel of a stolen Mini convertible in Bristol Road when he careered into traffic waiting at lights – he’s soon surrounded by West Midlands Police officers who use batons to smash its windows and arrest him.
