It is extremely important to note that the crossing's ENTRANCE gates activate properly – behind the van that drove into the intersection and stopped – and well before the train enters the intersection and impacts the van. There are other angles that show the crossing's EXIT gates, that also activated properly, by remaining open (to allow a vehicle that is inside the entrance gates to escape the intersection prior to the arrival of the train) and then the exit gates properly close. There is also a traffic signal near the EXIT gates that properly remains green after the ENTRANCE gates close, which lets the vehicle driver know they should get out of the intersection while the EXIT gates remain up. The distinction between the entrance gates versus the exit gates is very important otherwise it will likely give the absolutely incorrect impression regarding the proper functioning of the gates at that intersection. Беспредел и безнаказанность полиции!!! Читайте описание...<br/>Случилось все 8 марта 2017 года в пгт. Белогорск, Тисульском районе, Кемеровской области. Участковый УПП номер 10, пгт. Белогорск, переступил все рамки закона "о полиции". В видеоролике видно того, самого участкового, в синем спортивном костюме. Который во первых был не в форме, в состаянии какого то опьянения, без служебного удостоверения, которое не однократно требовалось для предьявления и установления личности именно того, что он является сотрудником полиции. Так, как этот человек был нам не знаком. На что он отреагировал агрессивно. Вытащив меня из квартиты в подьезд и оттолкнув мою супругу с 2-х месячным ребенком на руках. Причинив вред здоровью, мне и моей супруге. Благо что с ребенком все нормально. Просим вас помочь распространить и разобраться в этой ситуации. Потому что следственный отдел по Тисульскому району делает все, чтобы он остался безнаказанным. Наши заявления о превышении должностных полномочий, были отказаны следственным отделом, и в данный момент заведено уголовное дело в отношении меня и моей супруги по 318 статье УКРФ.
