Assalto à agência dos Correios deixa cliente baleada<br/>Santa Bárbara/PA - Uma tentativa de assalto à uma agência dos Correiros de Santa Bárbara-PA, resultou em uma troca de tiros que deixou uma adolescente de 15 anos baleada. A vítima esperava sua vez no atendimento quando bandidos anunciaram o assalto e o vigilante reagiu, disparando contra os criminosos. No tiroteio, um dos tiros acertou a jovem, que foi conduzida ao Hospital Metropolitano. O crime aconteceu no dia 6 deste mês. A ação foi flagrada pelas câmeras de segurança da agência. Nas imagens é possível ver que um dos assaltantes já estava dentro do estabelecimento quando os outros chegaram. Dois deles tentam render o segurança que reage rapidamente, mas a munição acaba e o terceiro percebe e também foge. Já na rua, os bandidos fogem em um Peugeot, de cor prata e placa não identificadas pela Estrada do Caiçaua. Na perseguição, os bandidos resolvem abandonar o veículo e fugir pela mata para dificultar o trabalho da polícia. Mesmo assim os PMs os seguiram. O primeiro foi detido no início da noite e foi identificado como Rodrigo José Santos dos Santos. As buscas continuaram e no dia seguinte foi preso Ronaldo Moraes da Silva Júnior. O terceiro infrator não foi localizado. A delegacia do município investiga o caso.

The precise circumstances are unclear. According to the news reports, the aircraft hit a pine tree before landing. The Senior Captain Paras Kumar Rai and First officer Shreejan Manadhar sustained fatal injuries while Cabin Crew Pragya Maharjan was airlifted to Kathmandu and is being treated at Grande International Hospital. The aircraft was a ferried cargo flight with flight number 509 to Lukla Airport outbound from Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu with three crew members onboard. The captain and First officer sustained fatal injuries and could not survive the crash.
