I would bet that van was still driveable, they could of got it

the road.

My best guess - front, left tyre burst (you can see the way the
car
tilt to the left when he braked)
Then when the car stopped, the car is still tilted toward the
elft
tyre... so it has burst. he tried to take control of it and
failed.
