Footage: Kindergarten abuse causes public outrage<br/>A recent child abuse case was exposed through surveillance footage at Jihui Kindergarten in Huoqiu county, Anhui Province. The video shows a female teacher beating, kicking, slapping and pulling the hair of two young girls during a dancing activity. The local Education Bureau issued a statement saying that the teacher was dismissed last Saturday, and a judicial inquiry is underway.
