Footage: Drunk arsonist arrested for setting fire to firework shop<br/>A fireworks shop in Hanzhong, in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, exploded and burned to the ground on January 21 after a fire broke out there. There were no casualties but a police investigation found the blaze was no accident and had been man-made. Although the fire and explosion destroyed many video cameras in the shop, some surveillance videos managed to show a man, believed to be the suspect. A 45-year-old man surnamed Li has now been arrested. Watch this impressive video as sparks set off fireworks in the shop and set it ablaze.
