2 декабря, в Томске на улице Елизаровых, 93, сотрудник ГИБДД попытался остановить автомобиль Mitsubishi за нарушение правил тонировки. Однако водитель увеличил скорость и попытался скрыться. В погоню за ним пустился один автомобиль ГИБДД, затем к нему присоединились еще две машины. Водитель иномарки направился в сторону улицы Балтийской, затем на Иркутский тракт, а далее выехал за пределы города. Для его остановки сотрудник ГИБДД применил табельное оружие: двумя выстрелами были повреждены задние колеса иномарки.В итоге остановить правонарушителя смогли лишь на 15-м километре трассы Томск-Мариинск. Нарушителем оказался молодой человек 1990 года рождения. Ранее он был лишен права управления транспортным средством и нового удостоверения так и не получил.
